In three weeks time Launceston & North Cornwall Motor Club are running the Launceston Trial for the Fulford Cup, this event is returning after being 'retired for one year. This time in order to keep entry fees and costs down and to provide a non-damaging event the Clerk of Course, John Turner, is running it all in Eastcott and Lew Woods without any road mileage. Having spent yesterday checking the route around the woods and sections I am sure those who enter will enjoy this classic style trial. The sections all lead on towards the next to ensure that successful climbs are not rewarded with a long reverse! Sections from the Tamar Trial are also included so it is a chance for championship chasing competitors to check out the hills.
